Islamabad Developers Association (IDA), is a community led organization comprising of developers and stakeholders involved in the development sector of Islamabad. Our association is dedicated to promoting sustainable and efficient development practices that contribute to the growth and prosperity of our city.
We are actively involved in promoting urban development and maintaining the infrastructure of Islamabad. We acknowledge the challenges faced by various authorities in managing a rapidly growing city, however we believe that continuous improvement is essential for the sustainable development of our Federal capital. Therefore being the key stakeholders we are here to ensure formalisation and implemention of policies which will lead to longevity of environmentally friendly real estate development in our city.

Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan is a prominent business leader and entrepreneur in Pakistan. He is widely recognized for his contributions to the business community, particularly in Islamabad, where he served as the President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2018 to 2021. He is also the CEO of The Centaurus, a landmark luxury development in the heart of Islamabad.
EDUCATION
Born in Islamabad, Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan completed his education in UAE at the American University of Dubai, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing and subsequently he obtained his Master’s degree and earned a MBA in London in Strategic Management from Kingston University in United Kingdom. He returned to Pakistan to pursue a career in business, where he quickly established himself as a rising star in the industry.

Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan’s most notable achievement is his role in the development of The Centaurus, a multi-purpose complex that includes a five-star hotel, luxury apartments, shopping mall, and office space.
